Client requirements:
- number of apartments, social life, public places, sport playgrounds
- bring water element closer to people and to all apartments

Inspiration:
- water, vegetation and wind merged in the place of living
- create a private external space for every apartment and semi private space for all buildings
- design windows in the apartments as the pictures of the exterior

Characteristics of apartment resort:
- around 550 apartments
- harbour, sports grounds and beaches
- cultural centre
- restaurants, bars and disco
- shops, post office, police station
- separated public garages and hidden private garages

Ideas and inspiration:
- site plan inspirated by the historical delta of Danube in the area of Bratislava
- curves of the delta bring softness of nature to the public spaces which also makes roads slower
- shape and appearance of buildings are inspired by the water eroded rocks
- dynamic graduation of volumes in direction to the city centre

Characteristics of Solar City:
- passive houses oriented in the South direction
- low energy houses orientated in the East or West direction
- extensive green roofs
- commercial facilities in touch to the nature
- safety playgrounds implemented in the green
- green garages and parking places
- living in the park
